Question 1

When will my order arrive?

Accepted Answer

UK standard delivery takes 2–4 working days. Tracked 48 and next working day options are available at checkout for orders placed before 3pm on working days.

Question 2

Is delivery free?

Accepted Answer

UK standard delivery is free on orders over £50 after discounts. Below that, standard delivery is £3.95.

Question 3

Can I return a supplement?

Accepted Answer

Yes — unopened items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened food and supplement products cannot be resold, so they can only be returned if faulty.

Question 4

How do I use a discount code?

Accepted Answer

Enter your code in the bag or at checkout. One code applies per order and codes cannot be combined with bundle pricing unless stated.

Question 5

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Accepted Answer

We currently ship to UK mainland addresses. Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands may take an extra working day.

Question 6

Are your products suitable for everyone?

Accepted Answer

Supplements support a balanced diet and are not medicines. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking medication or managing a health condition, check with a qualified healthcare professional first.
